THE JOURENY AS IT WAS! (Story of Keta Library)

As we can all see this is how Keta library was, all this were the rain water that flooded the building it was a struggle to have access to the building then. The Library was facing series of Challenges;  inadequate stock of books as clientele demanded. inadequate logistics search as Computer, Printer and Photocopy Machine . The Building as it appeared above had some Cracks on the Pillars, the water seeing around the Library when dried up provide salt and it cause salt emanating  from the floor of the building. Unstable power was another challenge the library was facing; and it causes the security bulbs and machines got damaged with no time
